Hi,

Excluding the PH, there's only 8 units of 4-bedroom units (6 typical and 2 ground floor units) at stack 03 and 30. May I know if you are only keen on this project? It could be a long wait as all the units have been taken up and owners moved in.
There's currently no 4 bedroom units for sale.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

As there is limited supply for your desired unit, you might want to consider broadening your requirements. We can't tell when such a unit will come out in the market, and I believe you cannot be perpetually waiting.

Even if such a unit comes into the market, are you willing to pay a premium price for it?
